Born and raised in Rockford, IL, this standout high school point guard took a unique path, first earning a B.S. in Accounting from Purdue University in 1995 and cutting his teeth at Ernst & Young.
But the hardwood called him back. In 2001, CT traded spreadsheets for sneakers, founding "100% Hoops, LLC" to revolutionize player development. Based in Carmel, Indiana, 100% Hoops became his platform for creating a new standard – a powerful fusion of high-level performance training, rooted in sports science and functional movement, with essential fundamental basketball drills.
CT's innovative approach didn't stay local for long. His expertise is sought after globally, leading him to travel the world ("CT World Domination," as his brand aptly puts it). His annual calendar reads like a who's who of elite basketball events: the Jordan Brand Classic (International and Brooklyn), Maya Moore Academies, Dwight Howard Camp, NBA Player International Tours featuring legends like LeBron James, Kevin Durant, and Kobe Bryant, Nike Skills Academies, the Nike Global Challenge, and camps from China to Senegal to Turkey to France.

CT has trained multiple Mr. Basketball recipients, including Indiana stars like Christopher Thomas (Pike HS), Eric Gordon (North Central HS), and Gary Harris Jr. (Hamilton SE HS).
